NOTE - There are many rules that need to be followed in order for Perkins County requesters to obtain records. The office is open between 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. MST from Monday to Thursday and 7:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. MST from Friday to get records in-person in Perkins County. If a requester wishes to obtain files, they must bring some form of photo identification. Both driver's licenses and state IDs would suffice. Perkins County insists upon public record applications being put in writing.
