NOTE - Haakon County has a variety of rules that must be followed with regard to obtaining records. The office is only open between 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. MST from Monday to Friday. If a requester wishes to attain records, they must bring some form of photo identification. This could include a driver’s license or state ID. All Haakon County public record requests must be put in writing.
